Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unopened
  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations for dietary supplements.


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong or damaged item).


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used supplements
  • Products returned after the 7-day return window
  • Items not purchased directly from our website
